Y’ALL!!! Today was such a great day. I finally convinced Sam to take me to HARRY POTTER WORLD at Universal Studios – Orlando. Its taken me 6 months of begging, but today is the day. Its a little chilly here in the shade, so I am wearing my old faithful denim jacket (it’ll probably end up around my waist by the end of the day). One thing I’ve learned while living in Orlando, AKA theme park USA, is that comfort is key… so sneakers are a must! Plus, how cute are these Nikes? All in all, it was such a magical day. We tried all three of the different butter beers… You may be asking yourself, “there are different types of butter beers?” Well, this was something I was unaware of prior to visiting as well. There is a regular (like the consistency of milk), hot (think latte), and a frozen (need I say more?). Moral of the story: go FROZEN. It’s by far the best…. No matter what the lady at the stand says. Side note: if you live somewhere else in the country and can’t venture into HP World to indulge in this beverage, head on over to your local Starbucks (I’m sure theres one on every corner of your town, too. Not complaining! *hair flip*) and get the butterscotch latte… essentially the same thing. Thanks, SD, for the perfect day.
