As I prepare to leave for New York Fashion Week tomorrow (at 5am; what was I thinking), the first thing anyones thinks about is what to wear. While that definitely has consumed a lot of my attention these past few weeks, ask anyone who has spent some amount of time with me, trust – y’all will see plenty of that in the upcoming days. But, what occasionally gets overlooked is the beauty routine for week long events such as this. On a typical day, I wear some CC cream, highlight and fill in my brows (obviously), but fashion week requires you to be a little extra. Most shows start early in the morning, so once you slap your face on at 8am… that is probably how it is going to be for the rest of the day. Running from show to show all day long leaves little mirror time outside of an uber town car, so its important to trust that your makeup is still where you put it this morning. Sephora Collection has really made my routine a breeze! With pretty tones for fall and lots of pigment, you’re guaranteed to look fresh all day long. Plus, there are so many lip colors to choose from that its easy to switch from day time cool times to deep night tones in route.
